Additions to Existing Residences

The renovation of this residence originally constructed in 1950 includes three additional design elements resulting in a new architectural style for the exterior: roof dormers on the front and rear of the attic space offer a newly created large bedroom; a sitting room and exterior deck addition as an extension of a previously small second floor master bedroom; and a front porch addition facing the street.

An addition for an early 20th century suburban estate features a first floor kitchen extension/remodel on the first floor and a master bathroom extension/ remodel with an office/ study off the second floor bedroom areas. A new deck with a glass roof extends along the rear of the house to the landscaped yard beyond

The design of this breakfast/reading room captures a view of a protected wooded park area as part of the county’s rainwater runoff system. Floor to ceiling windows bring this dramatic view into all the family living areas of the residence.
